Jury still deliberating over murderer's sentence

According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch's trial blog, after six hours of deliberation the jury of five men and seven women packed it up for today at 7:30 p.m., with no decision having been reached. Having already been found guilty by this same jury of murdering the entire Harvey family, with the barbaric delight of an utter fiend, [defendant No. 1] must now wait through another night to know his fate -- either execution or life in prison.
