Looting RVA?

A quick mockup (done by yours truly) of a coaster that answers a "Loving RVA" coaster being seen in bars that has suddenly become part of a local political story. It seems coaster propaganda is the latest twist in the campaign to build a baseball stadium in Shockoe Bottom, or not.
