VCU 75, Mason 60
On Saturday afternoon the VCU Rams defeated the George Mason Patriots at the Richmond Coliseum by a score of 75-60.

Mikey Jones and I were in the nosebleed seats but you really get a sense of the floor and the game up there. Mason boxed out The Rams with a suffocating zone defense that kept the inside shut off forcing them into a 3 pointer game. Only when the 3 pointers started dropping did they give up the zone and, well...
Rozell was awesome, forcing players to step off court, sinking 3 pointers! Someone needed to step up and he did in spades.
