This feature has ranked what seemed at the moment to be the best five teams from among the 14 Division I men's programs in the Commonwealth. With the Big Dance beginning this week this is the final Top Five for this season.

SLANTblog's VA Top Five

1. VCU (24-9, No. 50 RPI)
2. Va. Tech (18-14, No. 60 RPI)
3. Mason (22-10, No. 51 RPI)
4. Radford (21-11, No. 131 RPI)
